The staff are actually pretty friendly. As for the PCP, Dr. Merkler is a very considerate doctor.
Doctor is very rude and has no bedside manner ..
Gone here about 2 yrs several appts now. At least 30. The front office staff is rude and discourteous. Theyve forgotten to return a simple phone call on several occasions. They always seem rushed, stressed, and insensitive to my needs. Dr merkler clearly cares about his patients and is certainly more courteous than his staff, but he doesnt explain his diagnosis' very clearly speaks fast and seems rushed too. Worst of all, i just was seen by him with a terribly painful bacterial skin infection and he called me in two strong antibiotics on a friday. Then he left for the weekend and forgot to call them in. So i guess unless hospital can get ahold of him im left in pain all weekend, because apparently he & his staff wanted to call it an early week.
