I drove from bad axe to Sandusky to watch coco. I had previously wrote a bad review because I was so upset. The time showing on the internet was 5pm and we got there and the showing was not til 6:15. Roads were bad and son was very upset cuz we cldnt wait around. I was contacted by them immediately with an apology. They found the problem and not even an hr later it was fixed. All though we won't be able to watch coco, they r sending me free tickets. Which is so awesome. I do love this theater obviously cuz I drive there from bad axe. I am very pleased that they not only fixed the problem but are sending me free tickets. I didn't see that coming. U guys are awesome . thanks so much
Always a pleasant place to watch a movie. The staff is very friendly and the theater bis comfortable and very clean.
