John Martin contacted me after I left an inquiry on the Graff Chevy Buick website regarding a 2017 Chevy Colorado. He replied promptly and was able to answer my questions. John seemed much more honest and straightforward than the other sales staff that I had spoken to at dealers in my area. Some such sales staff were unbelievably rude and obviously trying to take advantage of me. I felt my interaction at Graff was much more polite, friendly, and most importantly fair, which justifies driving more than an hour each way to complete the transaction. I would buy from them again. I wish dealers in my area were more like Graff.
Dave Moody is the man! He spent so much time with my husband and I tirelessly searching to find what we wanted. When it was clear we'd have to order a truck, Dave was so patient and helpful with the process. We were kept in the loop every step of the way and the truck even arrived ahead of schedule! Dave coordinated the installation of the special equipment we ordered. He was with us 100% along the way. We couldn't be happier. Plus Graff gave us more for our trade than the other 3 dealerships we shopped. Definitely worth the drive to Sandusky and be sure and ask for Dave Moody - tell him Monica sent ya.
The guys I worked with sold me my new 2017 Cruze swiftly on a Saturday. Worked to get me a good rate with several financial options. Highly recommend Graff and would go back. Thanks a lot!!!
Called the Quick Lube place trying to check on a price for an oil change ....was dining at Burger King thought if the price was right take car over and then sit there.....One guy was standing outside (a worker) called numerous times and just got a recording. Then called over to the dealership as I wasnt sure if managed by same company not from the area. Lady answers and of course NO clue how much oil changes are...simple question.....but Mike from the back he knows......again answer machine.....so I call back I really wanted to know I was very very interested in getting one and I have also checked out their cars a time or two. She proceeds to tell me....Oh he is off the phone now and can take your call....he will know...GREAT she transfers me again....and ONCE again the answering machine.....so after more than ONE HOUR trying to get a price for an oil change....This type of service is enough for me NOT to go there nor buy a car from there........many others to choose from and if they cannot even pick up a phone to answer a simple question I can only imagine if a car was purchased and a problem were to occur......so Graff you did NOT gain a customer from me today or in the future......
Sorry to say they have lost our business. After numerous calls never getting returned we are beyond disappointed in Tom and the entire staff. We bought a brand new 2017 Malibu less than 2 months ago from them and need assistance due to my wife being unable to even ride in the vehicle without becoming extremely ill. We have now reached out to GM directly ourselves after receiving zero advise or concern with our situation. I advise anyone looking to buy a vehicle from Sanduskys Hank Graff to proceed with extreme caution. They are not a reputable dealer.
