Went to a dealer near me and was treated...poorly. A friend of mine suggested Amanda at Tubbs and Mike in Finance and they were honest and took care of me. Tubbs didn't have what I wanted at first but she actually got me what I wanted and emailed me right away to let me know she had one for me. So all in all I was given more than a fair deal and treated very nice, seems to me they appreciate customers :) If you live far away like I do, Its well worth it to go see Amanda at Tubbs....Thanks again guys for the hard work.
Friendly, professional, courteous service. Everyone was knowledgeable about their part of the job. Through texting and email, most of the paperwork was done before we arrived to pick up vehicle. Basically had to sign the paperwork and get the keys. The longest part was being shown all the vehicle controls to familiarize us with all the features before we drove off. No complaints about any part of the experience.
Thank you Dave for the fast action in this situation. I appreciate you getting my tire situation fixed the best we can and free of charge. My biggest issue came when I clearly asked the first time that the sticky weights be removed and the tires balanced from scratch and that was not done the first time. I had to change my schedule get up super early (for me) to drive 25 min to find out my car was still not fixed correctly and the tires needed to be balanced from scratch like I had asked to begin with. Again! Thank you, appreciate you guys doing everything to try to make this right.
Mediocre service professionals at best. Drop my car at 8:30am for bad tire shake. Was told it would be done end of day. I had to call them at 4:50pm to find out what was going on. I was told the car was being put back together and I could pick it up first thing in the morning. 9am the next morning I arrive for pick up and I am told the problem is not fixed it still shakes. So Sue gone to talk to the mechanic to see if he had any other insight on the problem. She had to ask him if he removed all the weights off of the tires before balancing them. (Simple obviously you should do that and someone should not have to question your work) but he did not do so. Apparently they just cut corners to not get the job done in time anyways. So I am still driving a rental car that I was told I will have to pay $35 a day for. I better not be charged a dime for this over the balancing fees. Unsatisfied customer!!
